This is a boat with a large cabin area for a 28 footer due to its flush deck. It would make a good liveaboard, and is set up for simple cruising. It is pretty close to being ready to sail down the ICW to the Keys or Bahamas. This is a well loved boat, it was cared for and a number of improvements were made. The cabin is very comfortable with the heater and hammock.
